Mist, thick as the undergrowth,
Clung tight to the dense, green deciduous canopy
An old god, covered in wood,
Sat before me
"Why," I asked.
"What's the point?"
I blacked out.
Before me a billion blood vessels
Exploded outwards into absolute convolution against the blackness,
Into complete chaos
There, I stood at the center of something completely incomprehensible
Then, without warning
I was flung through the ether
Over the vessels
Around them
Through them
And just as I thought this exciting ride to be fruitless,
As mindless as the existence through which I'd struggled my entire life
I found myself being removed from th
Anxiety
Double pulse
A deep breath
A yawn
My stomach hurts
This is it
Hours go by
Misery of the mind
No sickness yet
Waiting .waiting .waiting
When will it begin?
I know it will.
Sick because my mind wills it
Sick because I can't take my mind off of it
Chills, sweaty palms,
Too much coffee
Sleep deprived
Exposed, infected
Restless because of the danger
Scared shitless
Like smoke dissipating in the breeze
catching the air in a thousand ways--
skillfully--
floating in and out of reality
Thoughts that taper off--
fizzle--
conquer themselves
until nothing remains.
The wind here is beautiful.
Like a thousand Technicolor swirlsalive
amongst the shady scenery.
My mind drifts the way the world sways.
With mirror-like splendor,
Dreams in the presence of color
Become dreams alive in the absence of common sense.
Here I am,
Moonlit,
Drab in the serene undertones
Whose wispy features
Stake a claim;
Stake out a thoughtless conquest in the night.
Whats the worth of such a world
without one as beautiful to receive it?

Without hesitation
I opened my wings
Folded them around you
Protected from all harm
You gave me your heart
And accepted mine
Without second thoughts
I offer anything
Just so you can be happy
Engulfed by my wings
You can never be alone
Your heart is safe
As long as it's with me
And even if the past
Tries to catch up with you
My wings will be a shield
A ward that lasts forever
You gave me purpose
Made my wings white again
Gave me a smile that lasts
And in return
I'll always be your angel
And the subject of this latest controversy is..!
"Pottery?"
"Oh wow, it's like a velvet tree sticking to the outside of her duodenum. Sick."
Limp on, Chealsy. We always knew you were a winner.
Seems I'm a bit late on the reply here. Though to honestly answer your question; I've been just up the road... Chillin' with my magic pebble in the rape corner.
